At that point, Oracle Merged it with NCI (Network Computer Inc) a Oracle Subsidiary.

In October of 1999, the Oracle created a new "Network Computer Inc", which only shared the name with the previous company.

I didn't find much after that. The goal was to create a network based computer that would cost under $200.
